It’s a hill that I will happily die on - the NDIS and the way it has been created from access request through to every reassessment or review is not accessible, it’s not easy to navigate and it’s not set up for every person living with disability in the ways that it should be.

FREE 15min CONSULTATION TO DETERMINE/DISCUSS ELIGIBILITY:
- Establish eligibility and an offer of guidance and advice on access and planning.

So that’s why I’ve started to offer my support.

NDIS ACCESS REQUEST SUPPORT (fees apply)
 $110/hr (inc GST) - additional time will be invoiced accordingly by 5min blocks.

- Establish eligibility
- Confirm documentation obtained / required
- Collate documentation
- Complete Access Request Form
- Submission to NDIS support
- What to expect (pre-planning and planning meetings, timeframes, ways to follow up)

NDIS PLANNING MEETING SUPPORT
 $110/hr (inc GST for non-NDIS paying) / $100/hr for NDIS funding - additional time will be invoiced accordingly by 5min blocks.

- Discussion around planning meeting, what to expect, discuss/draft NDIS goals
- Book me in to accompany you at the planning meeting (via telehealth or phone for anyone outside of the Hunter Valley NSW) any additional time will be invoiced accordingly.

NDIS REASSESSMENT / REVIEW SUPPORT
 $110/hr (inc GST for non-NDIS paying) / $100/hr for NDIS funding - additional time will be invoiced accordingly by 5min blocks.

- Support with NDIS reassessment / review request (completing Change of Circumstance form, collating reports/assessments, submission to NDIS)

AND/OR
- Booking me in to support you in your reassessment meeting (NDIS currently will allocate your LAC to go through this and it may then go through to a planner or delegate to re-build the plan, please make note upon booking)

Having trouble with a provider / support that you think might be doing the wrong thing? Not sure where to go or how to make a complaint? Need support in self-advocacy or support to approach a provider who might be mis-using your funding?

    Endometriosis / Adenomyosis, PCOS (usually non-NDIS unfortunately, because the NDIS is anti-uterus, but I digress…)
