What if I don’t have Support Coordination funding?

No dramas! We can utilise the below in the interim while working towards plan reassessment / variation where we’ll request to add this in. Depending on your plan:

  • Life Transition Planning Incl. Mentoring Peer-Support & Ind Skill Dev- (Increased Social and Community Participation – Capacity Building - 09_006_0106_6_3) - $70.00 / hour

  • Individual Skills Development & Training - (Increased Social and Community Participation – Capacity Building - 09_009_0117_6_3) - $70.00 / hour

  • Assistance With Decision Making Daily Planning & Budgeting - (Improved Daily Living – Capacity Building - 15_035_0106_1_3) - $65.00 / hour

  • Capacity Building and Training in Self-Management and Plan Management - (Assistance with Daily Life – Core - 01_134_0117_8_1) - $70.00 / hour

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Weekday Daytime - $95.00 / hour

Weekday Evening - $105.00 / hour

Weekday Night - $110.00 / hour

Saturday - $130.00 / hour

Sunday - $170.00 / hour

Public Holiday - $200.00 / hour

$100/hr (exc GST - applicable to non-NDIS claimants)

Each appointment will be allocated 60 minutes and will only be invoiced for the time utilised.
6 minute blocks ($10/6min) will be charged thereafter.
